Sunset West is a charming neighborhood in Livermore that has a lot to offer to residents. Quick and easy access to schools, shopping, freeways, and downtown Livermore is creates a demand for this Livermore neighborhood. Sunset West was built by Sunset Homes in different stages from 1958 to 1969.
Driving through this neighborhood you get a sense of charm. Tree lined streets, large mature trees, well maintained homes, large wide streets are just some of the great features Sunset West has to offer. The homes range from 1100 – 2000 Sq.Ft. of living space and generally are on lot sizes from 6000-7500 Sq.Ft. They were originally all single stories but some have added on since.
One nice feature about living in Sunset West is you have close and quick access to miles and miles of trails. Running along Isabel Ave is a very nice trail that many people use for walking, running, and bike riding. This trail runs in different direction and you can even take it through town all the way to Vasco rd. From most locations in this neighborhood you can walk to all three schools.
