Sunset Development started this subdivision in 1968 and finished about 1973. The size of these homes range between 1000 – 2300 Sq.Ft. of living space and are on lot sizes that range from 7,000-10,000 Sq.Ft.
Most of the yards are fairly large and offer a lot of privacy from your neighbors. Sunset East also has close access to walking and biking trails.
